Evaluation

Front Cover
After completing the draft of my front cover, I think that it is the strongest outof all three of my drafts. I like the titile and I think that the text fits well with the genre of the magazine. I also like the photogrpahs being edited and I don't think I will change this for my finail magazine cover. However, I think that over all when I lok at the page it looks bit dull because of all of the dark colours, so I may need to think about how to improve this when making my front cover.
Contents Page
I don't really like the overall effect of my contents page, I think that it looks dull and not very eye catching. I also think that I need to include other information so it looks more filled and possibly subheading/sections so that it would make it easier and quicker for the reader to get to the page they want to. I also think that maybe I need to think about including different images on the contents and possiby use a third model so that it doesn't look to centered on the band.
Double Page Spred
I don't think that my double page spread is too bad, however, I think that it could be improved quite a bit too. I am not sure about the white background and I think that possibly a really light grey would look better so that I get more of a reoccuring theme throughout the three pages. However, I do like the image positions but i'm not sure if colour images would look better, so I will test this.

Over all throughout all three pages I think that the main problem is that the colour scheme isn't eye catching enough. The first thing I will do is make the grey m uch lighter and possible make the green lighter. I also might consider changing it to a different colour such as blue etc. however I need to make sure I stick with the male and female colour scheme.
