Test Shots

In this first section of pictures I have kept the outfit to match the colour themes I have in mind. (black, grey and blue or green) I think that this will make it easier when I come to choosing my images as if i use too many colours then my magazine might look to messy/ overcrowded.
I decided to put Lauren hair up in these pictures because in the others it is down and I wanted to see which would work better and what both styles would look like.
I have decided to mark my images that I have taken out of ten so when I need to come back to them I can easily see which will be the best ones to take insperation from before I take that actual images I will use.

I realy like this image. I think that it doesn't look too over posed, but also looks suitable for a magazine cover. However, I don't think that it would be appropriate to use for my magazine as the shot isn't a mod-shot or a full length shot so it might not look very good. However, the photo can be edited to  a midshot.   8/10

Again, I really like any of these images for the front of my magazine and I think they would be appropriate for the front of my magazine. They could all be edited to mid-shots and then adjusted to fit my colour theme etc. 8/10

I like this image where she is sitting down as I think it loks different form other magazing covers. However, at the mimute I am goijgn to have a plain background on the front cover of my magazine and I don't think that this would look too effective. To use this image I could consider adding a background to my cover or maybe using it for my contents page or double page spread. 7/10

I like these close up shots and I think that they would work well, however I'm not sure how well they will work with another person on the cover of the magazine. I could test to see if i can use these in any way one either the front cover, contents page or double page spread. 8/10

I think this photo look too over posed for my magaizne. 3/10

I don't really like this photo as I don't think that it is the most flattering. I also don't like the pose. 2/10

I think this image is reasonable and is more likely to be seen on the front of a magazine, I like the stern look and how she is looking into the camera. 6/10

I do like this first image, however I don't really like the pose as it s no the most flattering and doesnt really look like a pose that you would usually find on the front of a magazine. 3/10
