Here, I have looked at different colour palletts. I have chosen to look at quite pale colours that could be suitable for both female and male target audiences. I have tried to choose which colours would go with the genre of my magazine and the vintage style that I want the finial magazine to be based on. I think it is important that I stick to only three colours as I do not want my magazine to look to cluttered or messy.
so they could be used but I still think that if people were to look
at these three colours that it might be aimed at just a women
After looking more at these colour pallets I think that the last ones (black, grey and blue and black, grey and green)would be very appropriate for my magazine as the target market is for both male and female. At this point, I am not sure which one would be best to use so I will test both to see which one I prefer. I think that the other colour palletts including the red and purple
could straight away be assosiated with women's magazines because they are both common colours on existing magazines.
However, although the black, grey and peach are neutral coloursso they could be used but I still think that if people were to look
at these three colours that it might be aimed at just a women
audience.
